The Kneader is an ideal equipment for mixing, kneading, crushing, dispersing and re polymerization of high viscosity elastoplastic materials. It has the advantages of even mixing, no dead angle and high kneading efficiency.
Kneaders are widely used in high viscosity sealant, silicone rubber, CMC, adhesive, and also in battery, ink, pigment, dye, resin, plastic, rubber, cosmetics and other industries.
The Kneader is made of vacuum, pressure and atmospheric pressure. The heating and cooling structure includes jacket and outer half pipe. The heating and cooling methods include steam, heat transfer oil, hot water and water cooling. Hydraulic cylinder turning and cap opening are adopted.
The discharging modes of the Kneader reactor include hydraulic cylinder tilting, ball valve discharging, screw extrusion, etc. It can also install various safety, measurement, control record and other instruments on the Kneader reactor. The mixing cylinder body and the material contact part are made of stainless steel to ensure the purity of the products. The shaft seal of the Kneader reactor adopts a vacuum box balance structure to ensure the shaft seal, effectively prevent the black particles from entering the cylinder body due to the wear of the filler, and ensure the quality of the materials.
