1. Adopts well-known Japanese controllers, such as Mitsubishi's servo system/servo motor/positioning module/PLC, with strong performance and good stability.
2. The PLC can accommodate 400 sets of file editing. If insufficient, an expansion module can be installed.
3. Industrial computer type with built-in WINDOWS operating system configuration. integrating the advantages of Mitsubishi servo drive & convenience for file management of WINDOWS system. Can store files on hard or floppy disks, infinitely expanding the number of editing groups.
4. Automatically detecting errors and faults, displayed on the screen, making it easy for the operator to troubleshoot.
5. All processing data is input through the touch screen.
6. Each bend can have compensation values/speeds/demolding gaps set according to different material changes.
7. Each bend of the same pipe can be individually programmed with 5 action sequences and 10 speeds for the operator to use in conjunction. Improve work efficiency and reduce pipe interference points.
8. Chinese and English operation language, other languages can be ordered as needed.
9. The feeding method can be selected as direct or pinch feeding according to different needs.
10. XYZ coordinates can be automatically converted into machining values for YBC.
11. After the data editing is completed, there is key protection to prevent the data from being arbitrarily modified
12. The electronic control system is equipped with a heat exchanger for automatic heat dissipation. If necessary, a CNC air conditioner can be purchased to ensure the lifespan of the electronic control system.
13. The machine is equipped with an automatic oil injection system, which can reduce the friction of the bent pipe, improve the service life of the core rod, and ensure the quality of the bent pipe.
14. The printer can be connected to print the information displayed on the screen.
15. The machine can be equipped with a communication interface and a data machine.
16. The setting of the feeding position/safety position/mold interference position/guide mold interference position of the feeding trolley can be manually adjusted and automatically memorized to eliminate measurement errors and machine collision losses.
17. The feeding shaft will automatically detect before operation to avoid collision with the machine.
When in real-time bending, decomposition actions can be selected to observe interference points, modify actions, and improve efficiency.
